The massage treatment room is located in the back of the shopping strip within the Precision Spinal Care chiropractic office.

When you arrive for your 1st massage, you will be given an intake form to fill out with basic information about you. This helps me: tailor my massage to your needs; ensure your safety by avoiding potential contraindications to massage treatment; and sets a basic contract between us regarding things like cancellation policy and which other healthcare practitioners, if any, that you would like me to share health information about you with. Please be aware that I cannot proceed with your massage until you have filled out the intake form and signed your agreement to our policies, and be sure to have your ID card handy.
